1. Oversee the accuracy of shipping and receiving functions, ensuring inventory integrity through meticulous verification of purchase orders and ticketing.
2. Maintain an organized stock and receiving area, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and the store is well-maintained.
3. Participate actively in inventory and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including security and inventory management.
5. Train and lead associates in executing operational tasks, such as POS procedures and safety protocols.
6. Monitor and maintain the accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, and returns to vendors.
7. Ensure store security and compliance with safety codes and ordinances.
8. Produce and maintain operational reports and records to ensure adherence to company policies.
9. Manage back-of-house operations, ensuring they are well-organized and efficient.
10. Oversee store opening, closing, and security procedures.
11. Assist in payroll management and scheduling to ensure compliance with budgets.
12. Address and resolve issues related to store service, efficiency, and productivity.
13. Inspire and provide outstanding customer service.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail stock associate experience with an operations background.
2. Ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.
5. Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards.
6. Availability to travel as needed.
