1. Manage day-to-day non-selling functions of the boutique.
2. Supervise shipping and receiving, inventory control, and loss prevention.
3. Oversee POS functions and facilities maintenance.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
5. Train and lead associates in operational tasks.
6. Monitor inventory accuracy and security.
7. Produce and maintain operational reports and records.
8. Assist with payroll management and scheduling.
9. Provide outstanding customer service.

1. At least 3 years of retail stock associate experience with an operations background.
2. Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.

2. Organizational and follow-through skills.
