Christian Dior Operations Supervisor

- Oversee the accuracy of shipping and receiving functions, ensuring inventory integrity through meticulous verification of purchase orders and ticketing.
- Maintain an organized stock and receiving area, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and the store is well-maintained.
- Participate actively in inventory and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including security and inventory management.
- Train and lead associates in executing operational tasks, such as POS procedures and safety protocols.
- Monitor and maintain the accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, and returns to vendors.
- Ensure store security and compliance with safety codes and ordinances.
- Produce and maintain operational reports and records to ensure adherence to company policies.
- Manage back-of-house operations, ensuring they are well-organized and efficient.
- Oversee store opening, closing, and security procedures.
- Assist in payroll management and scheduling to ensure compliance with budgets.
- Address and resolve issues related to store service, efficiency, and productivity.
- Inspire and provide outstanding customer service.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail stock associate experience with an operations background.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards.
