1. Coordinate and manage all client shipments, ensuring adherence to timelines and maintaining tracking for audit purposes.
2. Ensure accuracy in all order processing and fulfillment.
3. Execute consignment procedures meticulously, including picking, packing, and sending.
4. Monitor and track press pulls.
5. Maintain strict adherence to departmental procedures.
6. Serve as a liaison between operational and sales teams.
7. Promote Retail Services (RS) across the boutique.
8. Provide support to the back-of-house department.
9. Ensure precise performance tracking and reporting.
10. Assist in the customer service process and after-sales service.
11. Contribute to the development of business getters.
12. Deliver the highest standards of customer service to all clients.
13. Act as an ambassador for Christian Dior Couture, supporting the store in achieving its targets.
14. Handle all customer data with confidentiality and sensitivity.
15. Participate actively in team meetings and contribute positively to discussions.
16. Support the team in maximizing the department and boutique’s performance.
17. Perform additional duties as directed by the Management Team.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

3. Proficiency in Excel.
4. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

7. Strong team player.

A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
