Christian Dior Operational Quality Engineer Intern

- Integrate into the Assurance Qualité Libération team at the Saint-Jean-de-Braye (Orléans) site and contribute to lot-release activities in an industrial environment.
- Lead the structuring, redesign and optimization of the SharePoint site dedicated to lot-release documentation and workflows.
- Monitor and follow up on non-conforming lot dossiers and contribute to documentary updates reflecting quality process changes.
- Develop, implement and analyze quality performance indicators (KPIs) related to dossier review and non-conformity management.
- Measure first-time review conformity rates and perform Pareto analyses to identify principal error sources.
- Consolidate indicators at production-unit level, with particular attention to packaging reviewers, to improve visibility and governance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline lot-release processes and enhance overall quality performance.
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school with a specialization in production, quality, industrial systems or equivalent.
- Availability for a 6-month internship (stage) and able to work on-site at the Saint-Jean-de-Braye / Orléans location.
- Strong rigor and meticulousness in document control and data analysis.
- Good IT aptitude and comfort with information systems; capacity to redesign and manage shared digital platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to structure information and propose process improvements.
- Good interpersonal skills, team orientation and ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Curiosity, proactivity and genuine interest in industrial quality topics.
