- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for all product categories.
- Monitor and analyze business sales performance in Central and Eastern Europe.
- Support store stock requests and rebalance inventory based on store performance.
- Deliver relevant feedback on consolidation efforts.
- Provide retail support to enhance sales turnover.
- Implement action plans to drive business objectives.
- Prepare support materials for buying sessions, including sales reports and forecasting tools.
- Create newsletters for stores, focusing on product highlights, challenges, visual merchandising, and training.
- Enrollment in a business school or equivalent university program.
- Previous experience in an analytical role, ideally within retail merchandising or as a business analyst.
- Strong passion for the fashion and luxury industry.
- Rigorous approach to quantitative data.
- Analytical mindset.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
Candidates should have initial experience in an analytical position, preferably within retail merchandising or as a business analyst.
Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent university program.
