1. Generate and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, proposing action plans to maximize sales potential.
2. Oversee allocation, replenishment, and merchandise control, including price adjustments and assortment updates.
3. Coordinate product launches, collaborating with Retail and Marketing teams on priorities and exclusivity.
4. Review sales, sell-through, and inventory across the retail network, organizing strategic stock rebalances.
5. Collaborate closely with the Retail team to enhance daily sales performance, providing targets and product focus.
6. Conduct market research to stay informed on trends, customer behavior, and competitor pricing.
7. Prepare and organize stock assortments for seasonal events to achieve sales targets.
8. Partner with the regional planning and supply chain team to maintain adequate inventory levels with timely delivery.

1. University degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in retail and/or retail merchandising.

1. Proficiency in product sensibility and analytical acumen.
2. Understanding of retail KPIs.
3. Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
4. Autonomy and proactive mindset.
5. Attention to detail and adaptability.

Beginner level experience in retail and/or retail merchandising is required.

University degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field.
