Christian Dior Merchandiser

- Monitor performance and propose corrective actions based on global results, regional performance, product lines, and collections.
- Maintain in-depth market knowledge through frequent interactions with regional merchandisers to share feedback on market performance, product needs, and competitive insights.
- Provide daily support to markets and e-commerce teams.
- Oversee collection launches and in-store deliveries.
- Participate in defining purchase Open-to-Buy (OTB) and buying strategies for retail selection and core offers, guiding regions on assortment and target KPIs.
- Ensure adherence to timelines and schedules for buying sessions and showrooms.
- Consolidate regional purchases and support regional merchandisers in challenging and guiding purchases.
- Assist in the creation of ad hoc presentations and purchasing tools.
- Prepare product assortments for showrooms and coordinate product and prototype deliveries with Visual Merchandising and Collection teams.
- Manage assortments for events based on commercial stakes and product availability.
- Track client orders, including stock availability, production timelines, delivery follow-ups, and market interactions.
- Support Made to Order and high-end orders.
- Assist Retail teams during events and facilitate sales with top clients.
- Contribute to defining Visual Merchandising guidelines tailored to collections and store clusters.
- Communicate monthly on launches, business priorities, and field feedback.
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac +4/5) in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising or commercial roles within the luxury sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
- Autonomous, proactive, and innovative mindset.
- Strong organizational and structured thinking skills.
- Numerical proficiency and analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in merchandising or commercial roles within the luxury sector.
Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac +4/5) in a relevant field.
