1. Monitor performance and propose corrective actions based on global results, regional performance, product lines, and collections.
2. Maintain in-depth market knowledge through frequent interactions with regional merchandisers to share feedback on market performance, product needs, and competitive insights.
3. Provide daily support to markets and e-commerce teams.
4. Oversee collection launches and in-store deliveries.
5. Participate in defining purchase Open-to-Buy (OTB) and buying strategies for retail selection and core offers, guiding regions on assortment and target KPIs.
6. Ensure adherence to timelines and schedules for buying sessions and showrooms.
7. Consolidate regional purchases and support regional merchandisers in challenging and guiding purchases.
8. Assist in the creation of ad hoc presentations and purchasing tools.
9. Prepare product assortments for showrooms and coordinate product and prototype deliveries with Visual Merchandising and Collection teams.
10. Manage assortments for events based on commercial stakes and product availability.
11. Track client orders, including stock availability, production timelines, delivery follow-ups, and market interactions.
12. Support Made to Order and high-end orders.
13. Assist Retail teams during events and facilitate sales with top clients.
14. Contribute to defining Visual Merchandising guidelines tailored to collections and store clusters.
15. Communicate monthly on launches, business priorities, and field feedback.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac +4/5) in a relevant field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising or commercial roles within the luxury sector.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
6. Fluent in English.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in merchandising or commercial roles within the luxury sector.

Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac +4/5) in a relevant field.
