- Prepare pre-purchase analyses and define macro and in-store product assortments in collaboration with central teams.
- Create visual presentations to communicate purchasing strategies to central and top management.
- Prepare 360° collection launches to maximize impact and performance.
- Conduct analyses, reports, and KPI tracking for categories, implementing proactive business support actions.
- Optimize stock and sales during the season to achieve revenue, growth, and sell-through objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure coherent execution of category strategies.
- Manage sales forecasts for permanent and seasonal references in partnership with the supply chain.
- Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback by collection and product line to enhance performance.
- Support preparation of strategic presentations and notes for top management.
- Conduct competitive analysis and prepare dedicated reports.
- Coordinate product needs for boutiques and track customer orders.
- Manage automatic replenishment of permanent and seasonal items with central teams and supply chain.
- Animate the retail community, share business focuses and priorities, and conduct boutique visits to gather field feedback and support category development.
- Anticipate and track Exotic Bags events in coordination with Central, and analyze orders and sales.
- Oversee the launch of the Lady Dior Art project in collaboration with central teams and supply chain, and monitor performance.
- Bachelor's degree +5 (Business School, IEP, University or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar merchandising and/or business analysis roles
- Developed analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Result-oriented with a strong affinity for numbers
- High level of autonomy and organizational skills, with precision and speed in execution
- Proactive and agile with an entrepreneurial mindset and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Strong interest in the luxury and fashion sectors
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in merchandising or business analysis.
Bachelor's degree +5 (Business School, IEP, University or equivalent)
