- Define and implement the local merchandising strategy for Men’s Ready-to-Wear and Accessories (Custom Jewelry, Ties & Scarves, Hats, Belts, Eyewear) across all boutiques.
- Translate seasonal collection ambitions from the Business Unit into a clear product strategy aligned with sales targets and sell-through objectives.
- Lead OTB planning and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with global guidelines and local commercial priorities.
- Prepare and analyse weekly and collection-level sales and sell-through reports to identify opportunities and recommend actionable plans.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure optimal stock flow and seasonal allocation that maximises sales opportunities.
- Partner with Retail, Marketing and VM teams to curate product for events, launches, new store openings and monthly floor-sets, ensuring appropriate stock allocation.
- Deliver product training and commercial coaching to boutique teams in collaboration with the Training function.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to anticipate trends and capture growth opportunities; provide constructive feedback to the BU based on local market intelligence.
- Bachelor’s degree in a fashion-related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of merchandising experience within fashion and luxury brands, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Excellent analytical and numerical abilities with strong commercial acumen and an in-depth understanding of the local fashion market.
- Proficient in Microsoft tools.
- Excellent oral and written English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders and operate in a fast-paced environment.
