1. Extract and analyze data to monitor Clienteling KPIs.
2. Prepare weekly reports for each boutique.
3. Create and update presentations and proposals for meetings and events.
4. Assist the Retail Marketing Manager in ensuring the company's image is upheld during retail events through proposal validation with the Central team.
5. Conduct supplier research to support boutique initiatives.
6. Support the development of client treatments.
7. Plan and organize in-store events, including preparation, implementation, and post-event follow-up in collaboration with regional and central teams.
8. Coordinate gift orders, including order tracking, delivery, targeting, usage guidelines, benchmarking with competitors, performance reporting, and feedback collection.

1. University studies with a focus on Marketing, Clienteling, or a related field.
2. First work experience, such as a working student position or internships.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business demands.
5. Fluency in English and German; French is a plus.
