Manager, High Jewelry and High Timepieces

1. Support store teams with event preparation and establish sales strategies.
2. Partner with the Training team to develop a community of High Jewelry sellers.
3. Travel for high-end events and engage directly with clients.
4. Prepare product assortments for zone events.
5. Participate in defining event sales and client targets.
6. Collaborate with corporate departments for event organization.
7. Communicate with retail teams on client needs and inquiries.
8. Manage product transfers and maintain communication on product availability.
9. Coordinate with Paris counterparts on product availability and special orders.
10. Monitor high-end sales projections and liaise with business planning teams.
11. Implement action plans with the Merchandising Director to achieve business targets.
12. Oversee high-end inventory and allocate stock to boutiques.
13. Build relationships with top sellers and understand market dynamics.

1. 5 to 8 years’ experience in the luxury industry.
2. High Jewelry experience is strongly preferred.
3. Retail experience is appreciated.

7. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Minimum 5 years in the luxury industry, with a preference for High Jewelry experience.

The salary range is $105,000 - $120,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
