1. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings and equipment at the logistics sites in Blois.
2. Guarantee the optimal functioning of technical installations and equipment.
3. Maintain, repair, and anticipate needs to ensure continuous availability of materials.
4. Install, adjust, and upgrade equipment as necessary.
5. Diagnose malfunctions, clean, repair, or replace defective elements.
6. Analyze frequent breakdowns to propose sustainable solutions and manage spare parts inventory.
7. Contribute to the development of preventive maintenance plans.
8. Stay informed about existing equipment solutions to remain at the forefront.
9. Coordinate emergency or maintenance interventions, including basic welding.
10. Document technical intervention sheets and update the CMMS system.
11. Participate in the continuous improvement of maintenance procedures.
12. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
13. Perform maintenance and upkeep of premises, furniture, and manage the vehicle fleet.
14. Support technical problem-solving and infrastructure issues.
15. Participate in compliance and safety audits of building infrastructures.
16. Identify and propose improvements to organizational or work methods.
17. Train service users and support operational teams.
18. Demonstrate strong customer service skills by being available and responsive to incidents.
19. Manage external service providers, ensuring quality and compliance with site safety and environmental standards.
20. Contribute to the development of prevention plans in collaboration with the safety department.
21. Prepare comparative quotes to recommend the best quality/price offer to management.
22. Participate in cross-departmental projects, sharing technical expertise.

1. Bac+2 in maintenance or equivalent education.

1. Proficiency in mechanics, electronics, electromechanics, automation, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
2. Experience with CMMS systems.
3. Minimum electrical certification H1B1 / Maneuver / BR.
4. Preferred certification in aerial work platforms.
5. Knowledge of TIG welding and photovoltaic systems.
6. Methodical, highly rigorous, and analytical mindset.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, solution-oriented.
8. Performance-driven with a strong service orientation.
9. Teamwork and dialogue skills.
10. Environmental and safety awareness.
11. Proactive approach.
12. Technical English reading skills recommended.

Minimum of 5 years in a distribution platform, industrial company, or multi-site organization in maintenance.

Bac+2 in maintenance or equivalent.
