- Oversee maintenance of buildings and technical installations across boutiques in Central and Eastern Europe.
- Ensure compliance and execution of maintenance and cleanliness service contracts.
- Define and implement service contracts for installations, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Manage preventive maintenance plans and update technical installation diagrams.
- Coordinate with service providers to define and execute maintenance programs.
- Guarantee high-quality service delivery to occupants and clientele.
- Contribute to the development and execution of maintenance investment plans.
- Participate in technical receptions and handovers with works teams.
- Coordinate spatial distribution, renovation, and removal activities.
- Address energy and environmental considerations in maintenance operations.
- Implement periodic inspection programs and conduct regular audits.
- Engage in technical meetings with landlords and manage technical relationships.
- Support budget development and manage allocated budgets.
- Negotiate intervention tenders and control expenditure.
- Several years of experience in a similar field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or Logistics.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong organizational and autonomous working capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reactive and solution-oriented mindset.
A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required.
