1. Assist with coordinating the timely and efficient replenishment of stock to retail locations across Australia and New Zealand.
2. Monitor stock levels at retail locations and identify potential replenishment needs.
3. Prepare and process internal transfer requests.
4. Assist with coordinating internal shipments between offices, stores, and other locations.
5. Prepare shipping documentation for internal transfers.
6. Track internal shipments and resolve any issues that may arise.
7. Assist with monitoring inventory levels within the organisation and identifying potential discrepancies.
8. Help reconcile inventory records related to internal transfers.
9. Provide administrative support to the Logistics team.
10. Assist with ad-hoc projects as required.
11. Gain exposure to various aspects of a fully functioning local logistics team.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field at an Australian university.
2. Strong academic record.
3. Basic understanding of logistics principles.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

No prior professional experience required, but a basic understanding of logistics principles is essential.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
