- Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and optimize performance.
- Automate tools to enhance efficiency.
- Review processes to identify and implement improvements.
- Optimize delivery times and market responsiveness.
- Collaborate with service providers to revise warehouse storage models.
- Develop cost improvement and optimization projects.
- Ensure timely product availability in Christian Dior Couture boutiques.
- Interact with various stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Industrial, Commercial, Markets, Logistics Providers, and Finance.
- Enter orders and instruct warehouses on order preparation, billing, and delivery.
- Organize returns to the warehouse and manage credit issuance as needed.
- Coordinate and track transfers between boutiques.
- Manage stock exchange requests across different areas.
- Oversee and coordinate the resolution of potential disputes.
- Provide transport instructions according to internal procedures.
- Monitor the movement of goods to the final delivery point.
- Participate in the deployment of new tools and consider value-adding evolutions for Christian Dior Couture.
- Advanced degree (Bac +5) with an engineering profile.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in retail and warehouse environments.
- Proficiency with information systems and data manipulation (Excel, Power BI).
- Knowledge of ERP systems (M3, SAP) is advantageous.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, in a professional context.
- Meticulousness and dynamism.
- Proactive in structuring and automating the role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for teamwork and adaptability.
- Reliability, precision, adaptability, and a desire to contribute beyond direct responsibilities.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail and warehouse environments is required.
Advanced degree (Bac +5) with an engineering profile.
