1. Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and optimize performance.
2. Automate tools to enhance efficiency.
3. Review processes to identify and implement improvements.
4. Optimize delivery times and market responsiveness.
5. Collaborate with service providers to revise warehouse storage models.
6. Develop cost improvement and optimization projects.
7. Ensure timely product availability in Christian Dior Couture boutiques.
8. Interact with various stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Industrial, Commercial, Markets, Logistics Providers, and Finance.
9. Enter orders and instruct warehouses on order preparation, billing, and delivery.
10. Organize returns to the warehouse and manage credit issuance as needed.
11. Coordinate and track transfers between boutiques.
12. Manage stock exchange requests across different areas.
13. Oversee and coordinate the resolution of potential disputes.
14. Provide transport instructions according to internal procedures.
15. Monitor the movement of goods to the final delivery point.
16. Participate in the deployment of new tools and consider value-adding evolutions for Christian Dior Couture.

1. Advanced degree (Bac +5) with an engineering profile.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in retail and warehouse environments.
3. Proficiency with information systems and data manipulation (Excel, Power BI).
4. Knowledge of ERP systems (M3, SAP) is advantageous.
5. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, in a professional context.
