1. Support the logistics and sales administration department in daily and continuous improvement tasks.
2. Implement KPIs to track and optimize performance.
3. Automate tools to enhance efficiency.
4. Review processes to identify and implement improvements.
5. Optimize delivery times and market responsiveness.
6. Collaborate with service providers to review warehouse storage models.
7. Develop cost improvement and optimization projects.
8. Ensure product availability in Christian Dior Couture boutiques on time.
9. Interact with various stakeholders at headquarters and internationally.
10. Enter orders, instruct warehouses for order preparation, billing, and delivery.
11. Organize returns to the warehouse and manage credit issuance if needed.
12. Coordinate and track transfers between boutiques.
13. Manage stock exchange requests between different areas.
14. Coordinate and resolve potential disputes.
15. Provide transport instructions according to internal procedures.
16. Track the shipment of goods to the final delivery point.
17. Participate in the deployment of new tools and consider value-adding evolutions for Christian Dior Couture.

1. Higher education degree (Bac +5) with an engineering profile.
2. First experience in retail and warehouse management of 3 to 5 years.
3. Proficiency in information systems and data manipulation (Excel, Power BI).
4. Knowledge of an ERP system is a plus (M3, SAP).
5. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, in a professional context.
