- Collaborate as a business partner with the Legal Business Affairs team and other legal divisions.
- Provide pragmatic legal solutions to daily inquiries.
- Adapt communication to various stakeholders and impart essential legal reflexes.
- Oversee IT-related legal matters including software, hardware, and cloud computing contracts.
- Manage digital and e-commerce legal aspects, including media, advertising, and customer relations.
- Lead data governance initiatives, focusing on AI, data protection, and CRM projects.
- Supervise a specialized IT, Digital, and Data legal team member.
- Facilitate inter-zone community discussions on IT, Digital, and Data topics.
- Drive AI governance in collaboration with group data protection officers and data teams.
- Negotiate and draft contracts, manage litigation and disputes.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions for teams.
- Contribute to the digitalization of legal activities and standardization of documents.
- Manage relationships with external legal counsel.
- Master's degree in New Technologies Law and/or CAPA.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a legal practitioner, with proven management experience.
- Expertise in privacy regulations (GDPR and other regional laws) and consumer law.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong IT and AI tool proficiency.
- Curiosity, proactivity, organizational skills, and pedagogical ability.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural team environment.
- Knowledge of the luxury sector is advantageous.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in legal roles, with a successful track record in management and team training.
Master's degree in New Technologies Law and/or CAPA.
