1. Collaborate as a business partner with the Legal Business Affairs team and other legal divisions.
2. Provide pragmatic legal solutions to daily inquiries.
3. Adapt communication to various stakeholders and impart essential legal reflexes.
4. Oversee IT-related legal matters including software, hardware, and cloud computing contracts.
5. Manage digital and e-commerce legal aspects, including media, advertising, and customer relations.
6. Lead data governance initiatives, focusing on AI, data protection, and CRM projects.
7. Supervise a specialized IT, Digital, and Data legal team member.
8. Facilitate inter-zone community discussions on IT, Digital, and Data topics.
9. Drive AI governance in collaboration with group data protection officers and data teams.
10. Negotiate and draft contracts, manage litigation and disputes.
11. Conduct training and awareness sessions for teams.
12. Contribute to the digitalization of legal activities and standardization of documents.
13. Manage relationships with external legal counsel.

1. Master's degree in New Technologies Law and/or CAPA.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience as a legal practitioner, with proven management experience.
3. Expertise in privacy regulations (GDPR and other regional laws) and consumer law.

1. Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
2. Strong IT and AI tool proficiency.
3. Curiosity, proactivity, organizational skills, and pedagogical ability.
4. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to work in a multicultural team environment.
6. Knowledge of the luxury sector is advantageous.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in legal roles, with a successful track record in management and team training.

Master's degree in New Technologies Law and/or CAPA.
