1. Assist legal professionals in the EMEA region with diverse projects across various languages and locations, including events, service provision, logistics, transport distribution, consumer affairs, purchasing, and sales.
2. Draft, adapt, and disseminate legal documentation such as general terms and conditions, standard contracts, ad-hoc contracts, and correspondence.
3. Address compliance issues within the EMEA zone.
4. Monitor and manage pre-litigation or litigation related to commercial or consumer rights.
5. Provide daily legal advice and support to operational teams within the Maison, focusing on consumer, distribution, and competition matters.
6. Conduct regulatory monitoring and updates for the EMEA region.

1. Holding a Master 2 in Business Law/DJCE/European Business Law, ideally with CRFPA certification.

1. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal databases.
3. Attributes such as responsiveness, rigor, curiosity, agility, and teamwork.
4. Respect for confidentiality inherent to the assigned tasks.

Entry-level experience required.

Master's degree in Business Law or equivalent.
