Responsibilities
- Manage the product bag team, including product managers and collection coordinators.
- Oversee the development of collections, ensuring alignment with Dior's artistic vision and commercial goals.
- Manage planning and budget tracking.
- Supervise data quality and coding by teams.
- Create collection briefs for the studio, focusing on trends, market opportunities, and strategic directions.
- Validate model deposits and names with the legal team.
- Monitor technical development with industrial and quality teams.
- Edit the collection plan in collaboration with the studio and development teams.
- Develop the modelario as a collection dashboard and purchasing tool.
- Collaborate on pricing strategy and monitor margins.
- Create product narratives for internal clients.
- Organize showrooms, manage prototypes, and coordinate product presentations.
- Conduct regular travel, including monthly trips to Italy.
- Present and report projects to management.
- Supervise competitive studies and price mapping.
- Coordinate 360° commercialization of collections.
- Optimize collection launches and manage prototype availability for various shoots.
- Prepare post-showroom summary documents for press, training, and launch packs.
Qualifications
- Education in Business School, Marketing, or Management.
- Strong sensitivity to leather goods products and deep knowledge of the competitive environment.
- Significant culture of fashion and luxury, with a keen interest in current events and trends.
- Previous experience in luxury and fashion required (minimum 6 years).
- Fluency in French, Italian, and English.
- Excellent managerial skills and prior team management experience.
- Strong writing and oral presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, organizational, and initiative skills.
- High attention to detail and precision.
- Dynamic, with excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Curious, open-minded, with strong communication, listening, and observation skills.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in the luxury and fashion industry.
