Leather Goods Collection Manager

1. Manage the product bag team, including product managers and collection coordinators.
2. Oversee the development of collections, ensuring alignment with Dior's artistic vision and commercial goals.

9. Develop the modelario as a collection dashboard and purchasing tool.
10. Collaborate on pricing strategy and monitor margins.
11. Create product narratives for internal clients.
12. Organize showrooms, manage prototypes, and coordinate product presentations.
13. Conduct regular travel, including monthly trips to Italy.
14. Present and report projects to management.
15. Supervise competitive studies and price mapping.
16. Coordinate 360° commercialization of collections.
17. Optimize collection launches and manage prototype availability for various shoots.
18. Prepare post-showroom summary documents for press, training, and launch packs.

1. Education in Business School, Marketing, or Management.
2. Strong sensitivity to leather goods products and deep knowledge of the competitive environment.
3. Significant culture of fashion and luxury, with a keen interest in current events and trends.
4. Previous experience in luxury and fashion required (minimum 6 years).
5. Fluency in French, Italian, and English.
6. Excellent managerial skills and prior team management experience.
7. Strong writing and oral presentation skills.
8. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
9. Strong analytical, synthesis, organizational, and initiative skills.
10. High attention to detail and precision.
11. Dynamic, with excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
12. Curious, open-minded, with strong communication, listening, and observation skills.

Minimum 10 years of experience in the luxury and fashion industry.
