Responsibilities
- Develop and implement security strategies and concepts.
- Conduct security audits and evaluations for buildings and events.
- Ensure continuous optimization of security procedures specific to jewelry.
- Manage relationships with external service providers, including tenders, contracts, budget management, and service monitoring.
- Promote a culture of security through specific training for jewelry staff.
- Define and oversee security measures for company events.
- Ensure maintenance and effectiveness of technical prevention and protection measures.
- Stay updated on legal, regulatory, and technological developments to ensure compliance and adapt security practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in security and safety, ideally in the luxury sector.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) in law, security management, or related fields.
- CERIC technical certification.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- High adaptability and flexibility.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to make quick decisions in emergencies.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
