- Ensure the proper functioning of the CRM (Salesforce) for the entire customer service in France and internationally, considering functional requests from business teams or making necessary modifications.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and analysis to enhance the functioning of ancillary applications such as appointment scheduling, customer satisfaction measurement tools, and communication channels (WhatsApp, WeChat, Apple Business Chat, etc.).
- Oversee and coordinate activities and projects related to the evolution of the client domain.
- Handle corrections and evolutions in an agile manner according to given priorities, in project or RUN mode.
- Student in progress of completing a degree (bac +4 to bac +5) in a Business School, University, Engineering School, or a specialized school in CRM and Information Systems Management.
- Good level of English to communicate with stakeholders in France and abroad.
- Real ease with IT.
- Good relational skills and strong writing ability.
- Creativity, organization, rigor, and attention to the fashion and technology sectors.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Rigor, autonomy, versatility, good interpersonal skills, dynamism, and prioritization skills.
- Fluent in English.
