Christian Dior Junior E-Merchandising Analyst

- Prepare weekly performance reports with intern support.
- Develop bi-weekly and monthly business unit reports focusing on product categories, identifying strategic actions.
- Analyze out-of-stock product subscribers to optimize inventory.
- Coordinate weekly topics with regional e-merchandisers to enhance regional e-merchandising strategy.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and competitive analysis.
- Participate in new collection presentations, collaborating closely with regional teams and business units.
- Analyze collection performance with intern support and define key insights.
- Support the definition of e-commerce purchasing strategy for upcoming collections.
- Monitor product presentations and showroom collection discoveries.
- Assist in e-commerce purchasing analysis and select references for various campaigns.
- Create and maintain collection tracking files in Excel.
- Oversee new product launches.
- Recruit, train, and supervise interns with managerial support.
- Passionate about performance analysis and the fashion industry.
- High level of autonomy, rigor, and precision.
- Graduate from a business or engineering school with one year of analytical experience (internship or apprenticeship).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including functions like VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, INDEX/MATCH, COUNTIFS) and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Knowledge of Anaplan, Power BI, and Query is a plus.
Entry-level position requiring one year of analytical experience, preferably gained through an internship or apprenticeship.
Bachelor's degree from a business or engineering school.
