Junior E-Merchandising Analyst

1. Prepare weekly performance reports with the support of an intern.
2. Prepare bi-weekly/monthly business unit reports focused on product categories and identify strategic actions.
3. Analyze out-of-stock product subscriptions to optimize inventory.
4. Coordinate weekly topics with regional e-merchandisers and optimize regional e-merchandising strategies.
5. Conduct ad hoc analyses and competitive analysis.
6. Participate in new collection presentations and collaborate with regional teams and business units.
7. Analyze collection performance and support e-commerce buying strategy.
8. Track product presentations and new launches.
9. Select references for photography for various campaigns.
10. Create and maintain collection tracking files in Excel.
11. Recruit, train, and supervise an intern with the manager.

3. High level of autonomy, rigor, and precision.
4. Graduate from a business or engineering school with 1 year of analytical experience (internship or apprenticeship).

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel (XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, PivotTables, INDEX/MATCH, COUNTIFS) and PowerPoint.
2. Knowledge of Anaplan, Power BI, and Query is a plus.
3. Fluency in French and English.

Entry-level with 1 year of analytical experience (internship or apprenticeship).

Graduate from a business or engineering school.
