- Coordinate and manage product flows with various press offices to optimize the visibility of Dior Jewelry and Watches in the media.
- Handle press shopping management, events, and product placements.
- Communicate with Dior press offices to track daily requests.
- Record shopping requests and create entrusted item records using Fashion GPS Launchmetrics.
- Locate jewelry and watch pieces across allocated stocks.
- Reserve pieces from various stocks, including the Watch and Jewelry Business Unit or boutiques.
- Monitor the flow of Jewelry and Watch pieces digitally using systems like Dior Precious and Ubipost.
- Organize shipments and returns following insurance, transport, and security protocols.
- Maintain daily contact with transport and security providers to ensure smooth deliveries and shootings.
- Identify press needs for upcoming launches in collaboration with the press team.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to share needs and asset delivery deadlines.
- Organize shootings based on the availability of pieces/prototypes with different departments.
- Oversee the delivery of assets, ensuring retouching, deadline adherence, and asset sharing with relevant departments.
- Attend press shootings and special projects, ensuring the safe handling of pieces.
- Represent the Maison during press shootings.
- Update press sample stocks for Jewelry and Watches in France and globally on Fashion GPS Launchmetrics and internal networks.
- Participate in bi-annual inventories of press samples for Jewelry and Watches in France and globally.
- Assist in cleaning press sample stocks by returning discontinued pieces.
- Conduct strategic analyses of press sample needs and orders globally.
- Analyze press sample outputs, including growth in output numbers and conversion rates.
- Prepare monthly press shipment reports, detailing the number of pieces and stock.
- Currently enrolled in a university or business school with a focus on communication or press.
- Strong interest in fashion, jewelry, and watch sectors.
- Previous internship experience in a similar role is advantageous.
