1. Lead and manage the jewelry production team, ensuring optimal performance in terms of deadlines, costs, quality, and quantity.
2. Oversee the complete manufacturing process of assigned jewelry pieces.
3. Ensure the quality control and condition assessment of produced pieces.
4. Implement and uphold safety and risk prevention protocols.
5. Facilitate skill development within the team.
6. Collaborate with HR and Production departments for recruitment and integration of new jewelers.
7. Foster and develop relationships with subcontractors.

1. CAP or BMA in Jewelry or related field

1. Expertise in complex jewelry operations
2. Effective internal communication
3. Proficiency in quality control and analysis
4. Aesthetic sensitivity and product awareness
5. Mastery of jewelry-related operations such as sawing, filing, soldering, sanding, and assembling
6. Attention to detail and precision

A minimum of 7 years of experience in the jewelry industry is required.

CAP or BMA in Jewelry or a related field.
