1. Lead and manage the workshop team.
2. Oversee the complete production and management of assigned pieces.
3. Ensure production performance in terms of deadlines, costs, quality, and quantity.
4. Master the manufacturing process of jewelry pieces.
5. Control the quality and condition of produced pieces.
6. Apply and enforce safety and risk prevention rules.
7. Support the skill development of team members.
8. Participate in recruitment and integration of new jewelers in collaboration with HR and Production.
9. Develop relationships with subcontractors.

1. CAP or BMA in Jewelry/Goldsmithing.

1. Mastery of complex jewelry operations.
2. Effective communication with internal stakeholders.
3. Ability to control and analyze pieces.
4. Aesthetic sensitivity and product awareness.
5. Proficiency in operations such as sawing, filing, welding, sanding, and assembling.
6. Attention to detail and precision.

Expert level with more than 7 years of experience.

CAP or BMA in Jewelry/Goldsmithing.
