1. Oversee the entire scope of Run operations and IT support for client systems.
2. Coordinate resources and structure support processes, including L2 incident management and interactions with L3 and business units.
3. Define and implement monitoring needs in collaboration with the competence center.
4. Establish and enhance continuous integration environments to streamline development and deployment.
5. Manage the creation and maintenance of development, testing, and demonstration environments.
6. Lead the improvement of tools, build scripts, and infrastructure to optimize team productivity.
7. Ensure coordination and cadence of Train Retail releases in collaboration with the Release Manager.
8. Supervise execution of tests between train products to ensure quality and stability of deliverables.
9. Support preparation and execution phases of production releases with Pole Managers and Product teams.
10. Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and methods in collaboration with IT and business teams.
11. Actively participate in Agile coordination events such as PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt sessions.

1. Higher education degree in Information Technology.

1. Proficiency in Agile project environments and DevOps practices.
2. Ability to structure and lead support teams.
3. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Run activities, preferably within a Retail or Client-oriented environment in an IT department, integrator, or operator.

Higher education degree in Information Technology.
