1. Oversee daily operations ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, quality, safety, and CSR commitments.
2. Facilitate seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Identify and implement real-time solutions to daily challenges, optimizing stakeholder networks.
4. Define and monitor strategic KPIs to enhance transport performance.
5. Cultivate long-term, quality partnerships to achieve excellence standards.
6. Supervise relationships with key partners, including KPI monitoring and operational reviews.
7. Represent Christian Dior Couture in dealings with transporters and customs authorities.
8. Engage in negotiation and implementation of contracts with transporters.
9. Serve as Business Process Owner, mastering flows and processes.
10. Implement new management tools (TMS, FAP, CO² analysis).
11. Represent the company on transport and customs issues internally and externally.
12. Contribute to the strategic positioning of the company's logistics activities.
13. Manage a team of six, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, security, and environmental policies.
14. Develop team members' skills, promoting professional growth and expertise acquisition.
15. Conduct market, regulatory, and technology trend analysis.
16. Propose and implement transport and customs operations optimization projects.
17. Maintain current certifications (AEO, Known Consignor, ISO) by managing corresponding action plans.

1. Advanced degree in Transport, Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent.
2. Significant experience of approximately 10 years in a similar role within an international and multimodal ecosystem or transport sector.
3. Proficiency in multimodal transport and international trade regulations.
4. In-depth knowledge of customs procedures.
5. Experience in team management.
6. Fluency in English in an international environment.
7. Proficiency in IT and logistics management systems.
