Christian Dior International Transport and Customs Manager

- Oversee daily operations ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, quality, safety, and CSR commitments.
- Facilitate seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and implement real-time solutions to daily challenges, optimizing stakeholder networks.
- Define and monitor strategic KPIs to enhance transport performance.
- Cultivate long-term, quality partnerships to achieve excellence standards.
- Supervise relationships with key partners, including KPI monitoring and operational reviews.
- Represent Christian Dior Couture in dealings with transporters and customs authorities.
- Engage in negotiation and implementation of contracts with transporters.
- Serve as Business Process Owner, mastering flows and processes.
- Implement new management tools (TMS, FAP, CO² analysis).
- Represent the company on transport and customs issues internally and externally.
- Contribute to the strategic positioning of the company's logistics activities.
- Manage a team of six, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, security, and environmental policies.
- Develop team members' skills, promoting professional growth and expertise acquisition.
- Conduct market, regulatory, and technology trend analysis.
- Propose and implement transport and customs operations optimization projects.
- Maintain current certifications (AEO, Known Consignor, ISO) by managing corresponding action plans.
- Advanced degree in Transport, Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Significant experience of approximately 10 years in a similar role within an international and multimodal ecosystem or transport sector.
- Proficiency in multimodal transport and international trade regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of customs procedures.
- Experience in team management.
- Fluency in English in an international environment.

A minimum of 10 years in a similar position within an international and multimodal ecosystem or transport sector.
