Christian Dior International Transport and Customs Manager

1. Ensure daily execution of operations in terms of deadlines, costs, quality, safety, and adherence to CSR commitments.
2. Maintain smooth communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
3. Identify and implement real-time solutions to daily challenges, optimizing the use of the network of contacts.
4. Define and monitor strategic KPIs to track and improve transport performance.
5. Ensure quality relationships with partners to achieve excellence standards.
6. Oversee the management of relationships with key partners, including KPI monitoring and organizing operational reviews.
7. Represent Christian Dior Couture with transporters and customs authorities.
8. Participate in the negotiation and implementation of contracts with transporters.
9. Act as Business Process Owner, mastering flows and processes.
10. Implement new management tools (TMS, FAP, CO² analysis).
11. Represent Christian Dior Couture on transport and customs issues internally and with external partners.
12. Contribute to the strategic positioning of the company's logistics activities.
13. Manage a team of 6 employees, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, security, and environmental policies.
14. Develop team members' skills by promoting professional development and acquiring new expertise.
15. Conduct active monitoring of market, regulatory, and technological developments.
16. Propose and deploy optimization projects for transport and customs operations.
17. Maintain current certifications (AEO, Known Consignor, ISO) by managing corresponding action plans.

1. Higher education in Transport or Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent university degree.

1. Significant experience of approximately 10 years in a similar role within an international and multimodal ecosystem or the transport sector.
2. Mastery of multimodal transport and regulations related to international trade.
3. In-depth knowledge of customs procedures.
4. Experience in team management.
5. Fluent English in an international environment.
6. Proficiency in IT tools and logistics management systems.
7. Leadership, good interpersonal skills, analytical ability, service orientation, rigor and method, compromise management, and effective communication.

Minimum 10 years in a similar position within an international and multimodal ecosystem or the transport sector.

Higher education in Transport or Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent university degree.
