Responsibilities
- Ensure daily execution of operations in terms of deadlines, costs, quality, safety, and adherence to CSR commitments.
- Maintain smooth communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and implement real-time solutions to daily challenges, optimizing the use of the network of contacts.
- Define and monitor strategic KPIs to track and improve transport performance.
- Ensure quality relationships with partners to achieve excellence standards.
- Oversee the management of relationships with key partners, including KPI monitoring and organizing operational reviews.
- Represent Christian Dior Couture with transporters and customs authorities.
- Participate in the negotiation and implementation of contracts with transporters.
- Act as Business Process Owner, mastering flows and processes.
- Implement new management tools (TMS, FAP, CO² analysis).
- Represent Christian Dior Couture on transport and customs issues internally and with external partners.
- Contribute to the strategic positioning of the company's logistics activities.
- Manage a team of 6 employees, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, security, and environmental policies.
- Develop team members' skills by promoting professional development and acquiring new expertise.
- Conduct active monitoring of market, regulatory, and technological developments.
- Propose and deploy optimization projects for transport and customs operations.
- Maintain current certifications (AEO, Known Consignor, ISO) by managing corresponding action plans.
Qualifications
- Higher education in Transport or Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent university degree.
Skills
- Significant experience of approximately 10 years in a similar role within an international and multimodal ecosystem or the transport sector.
- Mastery of multimodal transport and regulations related to international trade.
- In-depth knowledge of customs procedures.
- Experience in team management.
- Fluent English in an international environment.
- Proficiency in IT tools and logistics management systems.
- Leadership, good interpersonal skills, analytical ability, service orientation, rigor and method, compromise management, and effective communication.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 10 years in a similar position within an international and multimodal ecosystem or the transport sector.
Education Requirements
Higher education in Transport or Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent university degree.
