Christian Dior In-Store Visual Merchandiser

- Deliver full visual merchandising services in strict accordance with corporate visual guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across the boutique.
- Implement scheduled window changes, install and maintain props, and ensure interior displays adhere to visual standards.
- Supervise and coach boutique sales staff to maintain presentation standards and correct use of props.
- Conduct regular photo reviews with the visual merchandising team and provide timely feedback on display condition.
- Provide display-standard and basic display technique training during morning briefings and for new hires.
- Coordinate with the visual merchandising team on product consolidations and new-arrival presentations; send photos and prepare the boutique for VM visits.
- Independently update displays for small categories and assist with renewals for larger categories alongside the VM team.
- Manage props storage, replenishment and transfers; perform monthly inventory counts and record condition and quantities.
- Support visual merchandising team during events, including set-up, maintenance and dismantling of related displays and props.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in visual merchandising or store presentation, preferably within luxury fashion or high-end retail.
- Strong understanding of window dressing techniques, prop usage and boutique layout principles.
- Excellent coaching and verbal communication skills to train retail teams and liaise with the central VM team.
- High attention to detail, strong visual sensibility and ability to apply corporate brand standards consistently.
- Physical ability to handle prop installation and movement; reliable organizational skills for inventory management.

Preferably at least two years of hands-on visual merchandising experience in luxury retail, with proven capability to execute window installations, maintain boutique displays and train store personnel.
High school diploma or vocational qualification; formal training or certification in visual merchandising, fashion or retail presentation is preferred.
