In-Store Trainer

1. Deploy the Retail Training Strategy for the Southern France network.
2. Develop trustful relationships with boutique staff and act as an ambassador for the Training Department.
3. Plan and execute training programs in corporate culture, product expertise, customer experience, management, and operations.
4. Identify coaching opportunities to enhance performance and excellence.
5. Conduct classroom training sessions.
6. Monitor retail and training KPIs, integrating them into monthly reports.
7. Enhance customer satisfaction through initiatives based on NPS and Mystery Shopping feedback.
8. Participate in customer reception management.

1. Experience as an In-Store Trainer or Trainer in Couture, Beauty, or Hospitality.
2. Passion for sales and desire to transition into training roles.
3. Focus on personal development and strong interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to interact with diverse client profiles, both local and international.
5. Sensitivity to retail, fashion, luxury, and aesthetic details.
