1. Deploy the Retail Training Strategy for the Southern France network.
2. Cultivate trust and adaptability with boutique staff, acting as an ambassador for the Training Department.
3. Plan and implement training programs in corporate culture, product expertise, customer experience, management, and operations.
4. Identify coaching opportunities to enhance excellence and performance.
5. Conduct classroom training sessions.
6. Monitor retail and training KPIs, integrating them into monthly reports.
7. Enhance customer experience satisfaction through initiatives.
8. Participate in client reception management.

1. Experience as an In-Store Trainer or Trainer in Couture, Beauty, or Hospitality.
2. Passion for sales and desire to transition into training roles.
3. Focus on customer-centric thinking.

3. Sensitivity to retail, fashion, and luxury sectors.
4. Aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
5. Creativity, organization, and curiosity.
6. Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
7. Proficiency in Teams/Zoom, PowerPoint, Excel, and digital tools.
8. Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
