- Deploy the Retail Training Strategy effectively across the Parisian network.
- Cultivate trust and adaptability among boutique staff, acting as an ambassador for the France & Monaco Training Department.
- Plan and execute tailored training programs in corporate culture, product expertise, client experience, management, and operations.
- Identify coaching opportunities to enhance performance and excellence.
- Conduct classroom training sessions.
- Monitor retail and training KPIs, integrating them into monthly reports.
- Enhance client satisfaction through initiatives informed by NPS and Mystery Shopping results.
- Participate in client reception management.
- Experience as an In-Store Trainer or similar role in Couture, Beauty, or Hospitality.
- Passion for client-centered service and personal development.
- Strong relational skills and social agility with diverse client profiles.
- Proficiency in Teams/Zoom, PowerPoint, Excel, and digital tools.
- Fluency in French and English, with additional languages as a plus.
- Creativity, organization, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
