In-Store Trainer

1. Deploy the Retail Training Strategy for the Maison.
2. Develop trustful relationships and demonstrate adaptability with boutique staff.
3. Act as an ambassador for the Training Department France & Monaco and promote a positive learning culture.
4. Plan and execute training plans tailored to boutique needs in areas such as company culture, product expertise, customer experience, management, and operations.
5. Identify coaching opportunities to enhance excellence and performance.
6. Conduct classroom training sessions.
7. Monitor retail and training KPIs and integrate them into monthly reports.
8. Track customer experience satisfaction indicators (NPS & Mystery Shopping) and contribute to their improvement.
9. Participate in customer reception management.

1. Experience as an In-Store Trainer or Trainer in the Couture, Beauty, or Hospitality sectors.
2. Passion for sales and a desire to transition into training roles.
3. Focus on personal development and strong interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to engage with diverse customer profiles: local and international.
5. Sensitivity to retail, fashion, and luxury, with an aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
