1. Develop and manage the full HR cycle for Germany and Austria, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
2. Coach managers in creating Individual Development Plans and succession planning.
3. Drive talent mobility and manage the internal LVMH Performance Career Review (RISE).
4. Enhance the candidate experience and refine employer branding strategies.
5. Oversee HR operations, ensuring legal compliance and efficient payroll processes.
6. Lead and participate in transversal HR projects and initiatives.
7. Foster a culture of empowerment, coaching, and digitalization within the teams.

1. Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years' experience in a generalist HR role within retail or hospitality.
3. Fluent in German and English.
