- Assist in the recruitment process for permanent and temporary retail staff, including briefing, job posting, sourcing strategy, CV screening, and conducting interviews.
- Actively search for new talent through professional networks and CV databases.
- Enhance the candidate experience by providing feedback and managing the recruitment process.
- Coordinate the recruitment campaign for interns and apprentices, including needs identification and process organization.
- Prepare offer letters and administrative documents in collaboration with various departments.
- Oversee the integration and probationary period of new employees.
- Manage administrative aspects of training, including needs identification, stakeholder engagement, and tracking.
- Contribute to innovative HR development projects related to workplace well-being, internal communication, and social affairs.
- Support the implementation of internal mobility and career development processes for sales staff.
- Participate in Diversity & Inclusion and Employer Branding projects.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in business or university with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in an HR role, preferably through an internship or apprenticeship.
- Open-minded with a strong interest in luxury retail, hospitality, and gastronomy sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong service orientation, tenacity, and attention to detail.
- Analytical and reactive with strong listening and relational intelligence.
- Proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Curious and eager to learn, open to feedback.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Entry-level position requiring at least 6 months of experience in a Human Resources role, either through an internship or apprenticeship.
Master's degree in progress, preferably in business or HR specialization.
