1. Assist in the administrative onboarding process for new employees, including file creation and document tracking.
2. Manage and monitor tripartite agreements and secondment agreements.
3. Draft and update job descriptions and announcements for various platforms.
4. Ensure proper maintenance of HR files and adherence to internal procedures.
5. Analyze and monitor HR data, including workforce metrics and reporting.
6. Participate in organizing and preparing key HR events such as OMR, Rise, and ICR.
7. Create PowerPoint presentations and dashboards for HR presentations.
8. Collaborate with the European HR Project team on transformation and harmonization projects, as well as HR data initiatives.
9. Organize and schedule HR training sessions, including managing registrations and logistics.
10. Contribute to candidate sourcing and pre-selection for recruitment processes.
11. Support HR Business Partners in daily personnel management and cross-functional projects.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business or University with a specialization in Human Resources.
2. Minimum of 6 months experience in an HR role (internship or apprenticeship).

5. Fluency in French and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Entry-level, suitable for candidates with at least 6 months of prior experience in a human resources role, either through internships or apprenticeships.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Human Resources.
