1. Oversee recruitment processes, from identifying needs to interviewing final candidates for permanent and temporary positions.
2. Enhance the onboarding process for new hires, including integration seminars and probationary period follow-ups.
3. Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, conducting career interviews and developing career paths.
4. Facilitate internal mobility and professional development within the LVMH group.
5. Participate in performance evaluations and succession planning, ensuring effective annual and mid-year reviews.
6. Collaborate on compensation reviews, promotions, and role mapping with management.
7. Work with the Learning & Development team to identify and implement training and development initiatives.
8. Manage individual employee relations, including exits and terminations, in collaboration with the Social Relations team.
9. Coordinate interim staffing needs and maintain relationships with temporary staffing agencies.
10. Support organizational changes and cultural development in partnership with management.
11. Manage and mentor an HR intern.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Development.
3. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
4. Strong listening skills and openness to feedback.
5. Proven organizational and analytical abilities.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Ability to balance challenges, demands, and self-reflection.
