- Oversee recruitment processes, from identifying needs to interviewing final candidates for permanent and temporary positions.
- Enhance the onboarding process for new hires, including integration seminars and probationary period follow-ups.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, conducting career interviews and developing career paths.
- Facilitate internal mobility and professional development within the LVMH group.
- Participate in performance evaluations and succession planning, ensuring effective annual and mid-year reviews.
- Collaborate on compensation reviews, promotions, and role mapping with management.
- Work with the Learning & Development team to identify and implement training and development initiatives.
- Manage individual employee relations, including exits and terminations, in collaboration with the Social Relations team.
- Coordinate interim staffing needs and maintain relationships with temporary staffing agencies.
- Support organizational changes and cultural development in partnership with management.
- Manage and mentor an HR intern.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Development.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong listening skills and openness to feedback.
- Proven organizational and analytical abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
