- Facilitate campus relations and organize events to enhance brand attractiveness.
- Develop and manage the Dior Ambassador community for engagement with educational institutions.
- Collaborate with the Young Talent Development Manager on HR projects for early career professionals.
- Oversee the integration, training, and development of interns and graduates.
- Coordinate the VIE and Graduate programs, including community engagement.
- Manage alumni relations and recruitment initiatives.
- Analyze performance management data and organize career meetings for young talents.
- Create tools and processes for data reporting and project impact assessment.
- Currently enrolled in a Business School or University Master's program with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Strong organizational and priority management skills.
- Ability to conceptualize and propose innovative ideas.
- Curiosity and awareness of HR market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Fluency in French and English.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business or Human Resources.
