1. Manage campus relations and organize events to attract early career professionals.
2. Develop and animate the Dior Ambassador community.
3. Create HR content for social media and manage Job Teaser.
4. Collaborate on HR development projects for early career professionals.
5. Support the integration, training, and development of interns.
6. Manage and animate the VIE and Graduate program community.
7. Animate and recruit for the alumni network.
8. Analyze performance management results and organize career meetings.
9. Create talent pipelines and communicate opportunities within the company.
10. Develop tools and processes for data and reporting to measure project effectiveness.

1. Currently enrolled in a Business School or University Master's program with a specialization in Human Resources.
2. Interest in HR innovation and transformation.
3. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
4. High capacity for conceptualization and proactive problem-solving.
5. Curiosity and interest in following HR market trends.
6. Demonstrated reactivity and adaptability.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
2. Fluency in French and English.

Entry-level experience required.

Currently a student in a Business School or University Master's program with a specialization in Human Resources.
