1. Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, CV screening, and interview coordination.
2. Collaborate in managing HR Corporate activities.
3. Analyze HR data to develop reports and insights for process improvement.
4. Participate in HR process digitalization projects and the implementation of digital tools for employees.
5. Support the creation and management of internal communications and employee projects.

1. Bachelor's degree in Humanities, Management, or Economics; Master's in Human Resources or equivalent.
2. Data analysis orientation and curiosity in using analytical tools.
3. Interest in HR process digitalization and digital tools for employees.
4. Proactive and curious attitude.

Previous experience, even brief, in recruitment and HR Corporate activities is appreciated but not mandatory.

Bachelor's degree in Humanities, Management, or Economics; Master's in Human Resources or equivalent.
