Christian Dior HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Manager

- Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans to meet organizational staffing goals.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Proactively identify and source candidates using various recruiting channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide guidance in making effective hiring decisions.
- Work with E-Commerce & CSC leadership to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
- Advise business leaders on people-related matters, supporting organizational changes and transformation initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback.
- Enhance the employer brand through participation in job fairs, campus recruiting, and talent marketing initiatives.
- Monitor new joiners for seamless onboarding and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback.
- Implement diversity and inclusion strategies in the recruitment process.
- Over 10 years of experience in direct sourcing, full-cycle recruiting, and HRBP roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in management or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and recruitment methodologies.
- Organized, creative, and strategic thinker with a process-oriented approach.
- Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence internal and external clients.
- Strong social networking abilities.
Minimum of 5 years in relevant roles, preferably within retail and luxury fashion environments.
Bachelor’s degree or above in management or related fields.
