1. Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans to meet organizational staffing goals.
2. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
3. Proactively identify and source candidates using various recruiting channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide guidance in making effective hiring decisions.
5. Work with E-Commerce & CSC leadership to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
6. Advise business leaders on people-related matters, supporting organizational changes and transformation initiatives.
7. Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback.
8. Enhance the employer brand through participation in job fairs, campus recruiting, and talent marketing initiatives.
9. Monitor new joiners for seamless onboarding and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback.
10. Implement diversity and inclusion strategies in the recruitment process.

1. Over 10 years of experience in direct sourcing, full-cycle recruiting, and HRBP roles.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above in management or related fields.

1. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and recruitment methodologies.
2. Organized, creative, and strategic thinker with a process-oriented approach.
3. Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence internal and external clients.
4. Strong social networking abilities.

Minimum of 5 years in relevant roles, preferably within retail and luxury fashion environments.

Bachelor’s degree or above in management or related fields.
