HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Manager

Christian Dior Couture is a renowned luxury fashion house known for its high-end fashion and leather goods. The company operates globally and is part of the Fashion & Leather Goods business group.

1. Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans to meet organizational staffing goals.
2. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
3. Proactively identify and source candidates using various recruiting channels and build a strong talent pipeline.
4. Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide guidance in making effective hiring decisions.
5. Collaborate with E-Commerce & CSC leadership to develop HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
6. Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related matters during organizational changes.
7. Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
8. Promote the company’s employer brand through job fairs, campus recruiting, and talent marketing initiatives.
9. Monitor new joiners for seamless onboarding and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback.
10. Implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.

1. Over 10 years of experience in direct sourcing, full-cycle recruiting, and HRBP roles.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above in management or related fields.
3. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and recruitment methodologies.

1. Organized, creative, and strategic thinker with a process-oriented approach.
2. Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence internal and external clients.
3. Strong social networking skills with existing and potential clients.

Minimum 5 years of experience required.

Bachelor’s degree or above in management or related fields.
