- Assist the UK HR team with recruitment and administration tasks.
- Manage and post job roles across various platforms.
- Screen CVs and coordinate applications for retail vacancies, proposing suitable shortlists to the HR team.
- Conduct first-round interviews for retail internship positions and provide detailed feedback and recommendations.
- Liaise with the hiring team to ensure timely communication with candidates post-interview.
- Prepare contracts of employment, conduct right-to-work checks, and draft letters and administrative documents.
- Perform day-to-day HR administration duties.
- Engage in other ad-hoc duties and projects as requested.
- HR degree or previous HR work experience.
- Strong interest in the fashion and luxury goods market.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient time-management and organizational skills.
- Competency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Beginner level experience in HR or related fields.
HR degree or equivalent experience.
