Christian Dior HR & Administration Intern

Christian Dior Couture is a leading luxury fashion brand known for its high-quality products and innovative designs. The company operates globally and is part of the Fashion & Leather Goods business group.

1. Assist the UK HR team with recruitment and administration.
2. Manage and post job roles.
3. Screen CVs and coordinate applications received for Retail vacancies.
4. Propose suitable shortlists to the HR team for consideration.
5. Conduct first-round interviews for retail internship positions.
6. Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to the HR team and Managers.
7. Liaise with the hiring team to ensure all candidates are communicated to following an interview.
8. Prepare contracts of employment, right to work checks, letters, and administrative documents.
9. Complete day-to-day HR Administration duties.
10. Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as requested.

1. HR degree or previous HR work experience.
2. Strong interest in the fashion and luxury goods market.

1. Attention to detail.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
4. Competency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Beginner

Internship starting in February 2024 for six months.Must be available to work full-time (Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week).
