Christian Dior HR Administrative Assistant

- Manage the administrative aspects of employee files throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Prepare and track declarations for illness, accidents, maternity, and family allowances.
- Support the organization and tracking of training sessions, including collecting requests, managing registrations, and monitoring summary tables and budgets.
- Assist in optimizing HR administrative processes.
- Handle HR correspondence.
- Commercial employee training, supplemented by the HRSE Certificate.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administrative management.
- Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurance.
- Familiarity with the CCT Horlogère is an asset.
- Proficiency in French (native) and English (B1 level).
- Strong command of IT tools, particularly MS Office.
- Knowledge of SAP-HR and Mobatime is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, discretion, and proactivity.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and prioritization.
A minimum of 3 years in HR administrative management is required.
Commercial employee training with HRSE Certificate.
