Hospitality Trainee

1. Support the VP of Hospitality with administrative tasks including meeting agendas and notes, file maintenance, vendor setup and coordination, invoice processing, budget updates, scheduling, and calendar updates.
2. Build and maintain presentation decks.
3. Assist in the 360-project management of new restaurant and spa openings in coordination with cross-functional departments.
4. Collaborate with the Special Projects Department within the Communications and Image team.
5. Participate in any other new projects as assigned.

1. Must be available full-time, Monday to Friday, 9-6pm, with the option to work from home on Fridays.
2. At least 6 months of prior experience; hospitality experience or higher education focus is a plus.

3. Manage multiple projects and work assignments.
4. Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and professionalism.
5. Deliver information clearly and concisely.
6. Communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
7. Highly organized, accurate, and dependable with attention to detail.
8. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Adobe Pro.

At least 6 months of prior experience, preferably in hospitality or a related field.

$20 per hour, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
