1. Provide administrative support to the VP of Hospitality, including managing meeting agendas, notes, and file maintenance.
2. Coordinate vendor set-up and manage invoice processing.
3. Update budgets and maintain scheduling and calendar tasks.
4. Develop and maintain presentation decks.
5. Support comprehensive project management for new restaurant and spa openings, collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly the Special Projects Department.
6. Engage in additional projects as assigned.

1. Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality or related higher education.
2. Availability for a full-time, 6-month program, Monday to Friday, with remote work on Fridays.

2. Initiative and ability to work independently.
3. Capability to manage multiple projects and assignments.
4. Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
5. Effective communication skills across all staff levels.
6. Attention to detail and high dependability.
7. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Pro.

At least 6 months of prior experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred.

$20 per hour, with eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
