1. Manage and enhance the skills of the jewelry team.
2. Ensure adherence to the training plan by the team.
3. Monitor compliance with work schedules.
4. Guarantee the safety and security of the team, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
5. Coordinate technically with setters and polishers in the area.
6. Participate in design projects, including CAD and cost estimation.
7. Ensure adherence to schedules, cost management, and aesthetic and quality standards.
8. Dedicate 60% of work time to jewelry fabrication and 40% to administrative tasks and team support.

1. Diploma in Jewelry Making OJ3/OJ4.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a high jewelry workshop.

4. Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
