Christian Dior High-End Business Development Manager

- Act as an ambassador for the Maison in the High-End segment, engaging with clients and sales teams.
- Define annual sales targets and client strategies for events in collaboration with the Client team.
- Prepare and execute High-End events in partnership with CRM, local markets, and other departments.
- Lead the development and implementation of retail tools in coordination with the Markets and Paris Business Unit.
- Participate in High Jewellery events to facilitate sales through training, sales support, and client presentations.
- Propose High-End assortments and product pushes per boutique, aligned with client opportunities.
- Monitor deliveries and invoicing, coordinating inter-boutique transfers to secure sales.
- Drive High-End assortment performance and develop Ambassador and seller communities.
- Create and analyze KPI performance reports, conducting competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Middle East CRM team to analyze client databases and identify growth opportunities.
- Assess network performance and propose client activations and High-End events.
- Proven experience in high jewelry sales and management within a luxury retail environment.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills with a strong network of high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong sensitivity to product and High-End market dynamics.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Dynamic and proactive mindset.
- Analytical, rigorous, and well-organized.
- Comfortable working with numbers and performance indicators.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and analytical tools.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong knowledge of Watchmaking and Jewellery.
Minimum of 5 years in high jewelry sales and management within a luxury retail environment.
