1. Develop and execute a comprehensive product compliance system aligned with business objectives.
2. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of compliance programs across all business units.
3. Ensure all products adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
4. Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments, implementing corrective actions as needed.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance into the product lifecycle.
6. Serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies and industry bodies.
7. Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees.
8. Stay informed on regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure up-to-date compliance programs.
9. Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.
10. Maintain detailed records of compliance activities and ensure timely reporting of issues.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in product compliance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
3. In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
4. Proven track record in developing and implementing compliance programs.
5. Fluent in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
