- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of compliance programs across all business units.
- Ensure all products adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance into the product lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies and industry bodies.
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure up-to-date compliance programs.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.
- Maintain detailed records of compliance activities and ensure timely reporting of issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in product compliance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing compliance programs.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 10 years in product compliance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the luxury or industrial sector.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
