- Actively participate in recruitment campaigns for interns and apprentices within the retail department.
- Identify and manage specific recruitment needs for each internship and apprenticeship position.
- Recruit top-tier talent aligned with the company's strategic ambitions.
- Define and implement proactive sourcing channels and strategies to meet recruitment volume and quality requirements.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience for young talents and operational managers.
- Present potential talents convincingly to managers.
- Facilitate administrative integration of candidates via the Core HR system, liaising with administrative and payroll teams.
- Participate in evaluations of young talents and organize end-of-internship reviews to identify promising individuals.
- Contribute to the transformation of interns and apprentices by creating talent pools.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment with a strong focus on candidate experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and influence capabilities with operational managers.
- Autonomous, proactive, and innovative approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong evaluation, analytical, and synthesis abilities.
- Fluent in English and French; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Proficient in Windows Office Suite.
