- Develop and manage the central E-commerce sales forecast, aligning with market trends and strategic objectives.
- Analyze and consolidate E-commerce revenue forecasts across all zones, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.
- Translate sales plans into performance KPIs, setting targets and benchmarks for each zone.
- Collaborate on budget and P&L constructions, ensuring financial alignment with strategic goals.
- Coordinate seasonal sales objectives in the Open-To-Buy process, ensuring compliance with timelines and guidelines.
- Lead weekly business performance reviews, providing actionable insights and identifying growth opportunities.
- Establish key OKRs and performance KPIs for digital platforms and omnichannel services.
- Develop reporting tools and dashboards to enhance E-commerce performance visibility and data quality.
- Lead client satisfaction initiatives, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) monitoring and reporting.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Performance, or Business Planning, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (Power BI, Google Analytics).
- Proven understanding of E-commerce and Omni-Retail ecosystems and sales drivers.
- High business acumen and customer orientation, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated autonomy and proactivity in stakeholder engagement and action execution.
- Ability to moderate and lead large meetings and presentations effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in cross-functional and international collaboration.
- Fluency in English.
