Christian DiorFinancial Controller
Christian Dior Couture is a leading luxury fashion brand, part of the Fashion & Leather Goods business group. The company operates a network of boutiques across Europe and an e-commerce platform, dior.com. The Retail Europe department is responsible for overseeing these operations.
- Conduct monthly financial closings for the headquarters.
- Analyze country and boutique P&L statements, including margins, operational costs, financial results, and taxes.
- Review balance sheets and cash flows of entities.
- Review financial investments (Capex).
- Highlight key points and alert management of any budget overruns.
- Analyze country and boutique P&L statements for forecasting processes.
- Prepare presentations for General Management.
- Perform various analyses requested by the CFO Europe or the president of the Europe zone.
- Analyze weekly sales of European boutiques for the European management committee.
- Monitor KPIs for the region.
- Act as the main contact for financial matters within the region and with central contacts.
- Track operational and financial projects (Anaplan, Power BI, etc.).
- Degree from a business school or a master's in Finance, Audit, or Management.
- Experience in financial controlling or auditing for 2-3 years.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a complex environment and adapt to multiple demands.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Interest in information systems.
- Dynamic, curious, proactive, and autonomous.
Minimum 3 years of experience in financial controlling or auditing.
Degree from a business school or a master's in Finance, Audit, or Management.
Hybrid working mode.
