Christian Dior Financial Controller

- Support the Head of Finance in overseeing financial and control-related activities across Central & Eastern Europe, managing six countries.
- Prepare weekly sales performance reports for management.
- Participate in month-end closing activities.
- Prepare monthly reports on revenue, stock, and expenses.
- Draft monthly commentary on actual versus budget spending.
- Prepare monthly reports for the parent company, LVMH.
- Participate in budget planning and assist in creating budget presentations.
- Collaborate with department heads to review and challenge monthly expenditures and refine forecasts.
- Analyze KPIs, cooperate in audits, and assist with ad hoc business and financial control projects.
- Support the implementation of financial and IT projects, as well as internal control processes.
- Master's degree from a business school or university.
- First experience in a similar position within an international group is advantageous.
- Holding French or European citizenship.
- Ability to analyze, compare, and interpret financial data quickly.
- Proficiency in financial statements, accounting, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills with an empathetic and agile mindset.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and tasks.
- Excellent skills in Excel and financial software; experience with SAP is a plus.
- Effective prioritization and time management in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Entry-level position with a preference for candidates with initial experience in a similar role within an international organization.
Master's degree from a business school or university.
