1. Assist in reviewing the completeness of manual books, including Sales Invoices and Purchase Requisitions, before transmittal to outsourced accounting.
2. Support the follow-up and verification of document completeness for BIR audit purposes.
3. Monitor and follow up on vendor invoices to ensure timely payment and accruals.
4. Verify the correctness and completeness of claims and request documents according to company procedures.
5. Manage all expense-related payment summaries, including intercompany payments, country manager's trip expenses, rental payments, and payments for vendors not claimed by boutiques or specific departments.
6. Receive and address pending payment issues from the accounting agency and finance, ensuring necessary revisions and document submissions.
7. Manage and organize documents effectively.
