1. Monitor and manage budgets for various operations within the Operational Marketing Department.
2. Assist in preparing financial information in collaboration with operational teams and financial control.
3. Communicate with business units and regions regarding monthly operational recharges.
4. Establish market-specific provisions ahead of each Image event.
5. Diligently track client expenditure files from suppliers and verify data accuracy against the guest database.
6. Follow up with service providers to obtain finalized invoices, aiming to close budgets within three months post-event.
7. Distribute detailed cost breakdowns per client to each subsidiary.

1. Fluency in English and French.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Familiarity with SAP and Coupa is advantageous.
