1. Assist in the organization and coordination of fashion shows and image castings.
2. Participate in the selection of models and Glam team (hairdressers, makeup artists) for image shoots including editorials, e-commerce, and advertising campaigns.
3. Prepare and manage the planning for fashion shows and Haute Joaillerie.
4. Maintain relationships with model agencies and Glam team for image projects.
5. Issue purchase orders and follow up on billing processes.
6. Create PowerPoint presentations for castings.

1. Higher education in communication, such as EFAP.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with teams and external partners.
3. Ability to respond promptly to urgent requests.
4. Sensitivity to fashion, beauty, culture, art, luxury, and the history of Dior.
5. Rigor, precision, and high standards.
6. Autonomy and intellectual curiosity.

8. Very good level of English.
