1. Assist the development team in the creation of collections.
2. Organize and manage sketches, including photocopying, scanning, and filing using Photoshop.
3. Distribute sketches and fitting photos to workshops.
4. Develop and update the toile tracking table.
5. Coordinate external workshops' receptions, including space and rack reservations.
6. Liaise with the studio, coordination team, and workshops.
7. Update collection boards for allocation purposes.
8. Maintain the collection plan.
9. Request and track the return of models from various departments such as press and archives.
10. Support the setup of show fittings.
11. Photograph and catalog fitting images on the network.
12. Organize transfers between workshops and the studio.
13. Assist in the setup and execution of collection photoshoots.
14. Participate in photoshoots and cataloging of looks.

1. Minimum Bac+3 level education.

1. Proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign.
2. Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Knowledge of PLM is advantageous.
4. Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.
5. Dynamic, autonomous, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Entry-level experience is acceptable.

Minimum Bac+3 level education.
