1. Assist the development team in the creation of collections
2. Organize and maintain sketches, including photocopying, scanning, and arranging in binders
3. Distribute sketches and fitting photos to workshops
4. Develop and update the toile tracking table
5. Organize external manufacturer receptions, including space and rack reservations
6. Coordinate with the studio and workshops
7. Update collection boards for allocations
8. Update the collection plan
9. Request and track the return of models from various departments
10. Assist in organizing show fittings
11. Take and reference fitting photos, organizing them on the network
12. Organize transfers between workshops and the studio
13. Assist in organizing and participating in collection photoshoots

1. Minimum Bac+3 level education

1. Proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
3. Familiarity with PLM is a plus
4. Fluency in English; Italian is a plus
5. Dynamic, autonomous, with strong organizational and prioritization skills

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Minimum Bac+3 level education
