- Process export customs documentation and declarations
- Validate import invoices
- Handle invoicing
- Integrate orders into the commercial management system
- Perform automatic restocking based on sales using Excel
- Coordinate order preparation with logistics for shipment
- Organize and archive invoices and credit notes
- Master's degree in Applied Foreign Languages or Business School with a focus on international trade
- Strong understanding of import and export customs regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Entry-level
