1. Process export customs documentation and declarations.
2. Validate import invoices.
3. Manage billing processes.
4. Integrate orders into the commercial management system.
5. Conduct automatic restocking based on sales using Excel.
6. Coordinate order preparation with logistics for shipment.
7. Organize and archive invoices and credit notes.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Applied Foreign Languages or a business school with a focus on international trade.
2. Familiarity with international customs regulations for import and export.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
2. Fluent in English, both written and spoken, for communication with various regions and partners.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
