1. Support the Events Team in planning, organizing, and executing events, including assistance with event briefs and timelines.
2. Manage event calendars and provide post-event recaps, data collection, and list uploads.
3. Conduct research for upcoming events and assist with on-site execution and pre-event preparations.
4. Support charity initiatives by purchasing tickets and tables, liaising with boutiques, and providing necessary information for attendees.
5. Provide administrative support for invoice processing, budget updates, scheduling, and calendar management.

1. Minimum of 6 months of prior experience in a related field.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Pro.
2. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a complex environment.
3. Strong initiative and capacity to work independently.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
5. High level of discretion and professionalism with sensitive information.
6. Dependability and accuracy in time-sensitive situations.

At least 6 months of prior experience in event management or a related field is required.

$20 per hour, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
