1. Support the Events Team in planning, organizing, and executing events, including assistance with event briefs, evite briefs, and event timelines.
2. Assist with management of event calendars.
3. Support with post-event recaps, data collection, and list uploads.
4. Conduct research for upcoming events.
5. Support on-site event execution and pre-event preparation.
6. Assist with charity initiatives, including purchasing tickets and tables, liaising with boutiques, and providing required information for attendees.
7. Provide administrative support for invoice processing, budget updates, scheduling, and calendar updates.

1. Must be available full-time, Monday to Friday, 9-6pm, with Friday work from home.
2. At least 6 months of prior experience.

5. Ability to deliver information clearly and concisely.

7. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Adobe Pro.

Beginner

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary of $20 per hour.
